Submission Deadline & Instructions


Those who wish to present a paper at the conference should submit an extended abstract in English before:

May 15, 2024

(23:59 CET)


You are requested to clearly highlight :
  • Objectives (max 200 words)
  • Literature review (max 300 words)
  • Approach/Method (max 200 words)
  • Results/Findings (max 300 words)
  • Value & Implications (max 200 words)
     

Also 3 to 5 key words (including whether the paper is quantitative, qualitative or conceptual) must be provided.

Please note that bibliographical references are not mandatory but can be given upon request.

Note that all abstracts will be reviewed using a double blind review process

Therefore it is COMPULSORY that neither your name nor your contact details appear on the submission

(the authors are recognized in the system via their login).

 

Submissions containing authors' information and/or
submissions longer than the number of characters requested
will be deleted from the system.


 

► Besides the papers accepted for presentation, a number of papers will be selected for a Poster Session which will take place during the coffee breaks.

► The RENT policy implies that an author can submit and present only one paper as a first author. However this author can be a non-presenting co-author of other submitted papers.

► Accepted authors will be asked to send a full paper by October 1, 2024 and will be requested to register by September 1, 2024
